The Yonomicon by Mark McBride

This book looks at yo-yo tricks in a whole new way. If there was a course for yo-yo tricks in school, they'd probably use this as the text book. It's not just a book with a bunch of yo-yo tricks. It actually breaks the tricks down to it components. It uses it's own vocabulary to describe the mechanics of a trick, QYT (Quantum Yo Theory). It's very in depth. So in depth, it'll make your head spin sometimes.

Those who'll benefit from this book will be players who are patient and willing to study it. It's definitely not something you skim through. It's the most advanced book on yo-yoing I've ever read. But then again there's nothing like it out on the market today anyway. A must read for anyone wanting to kick it up a notch.
